    How to Start a Return

    2. Get approved : If approved, we will email you a return shipping address and instructions.
    3. Mail it: Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated mail carrier.
    4. Note: Do not send items back without requesting a return first.

    • Inspection: We will inspect your item once received and notify you of the status.
    • Approval: Approved returns go directly back to your original payment method.
    • Timing: Refunds take 5-10 business days to show on your bank statement.
